Why We Built SS Carpentry
SS Carpentry and Renovations was set up in Ottawa as an alternative to large contractors, where communication breaks down between sales reps, project managers and rotating subcontractors.
Full kitchens, solid walnut shelving and architectural media walls need one accountable craftsman owning the tolerances, from laser measurement to the final silicone bead. Every project follows the standards we bring to every renovation across Ottawa.
Our Standards
Millimetre Tolerances
Ottawa walls and floors are rarely straight or level. We true substrates, scribe trim tight to ceilings and make joints seamless.
A Tidy Site Every Day
Dust barriers, floors protected with heavy board, work areas swept every shift. You still live in your home.
Fixed Written Pricing
One itemized quote with exact materials, scope and allowances. No surprise extras or hidden fees.
Direct Accountability
You deal directly with the builder. Inquiries get same-day answers and projects stay on target.
A certified technician, a project manager and professional installers handle your project, with the owner on site, not running five jobs at once from an office. You have our focused attention until the walkthrough is signed off.
