Free estimate
We come to you, look at the space properly, and listen. Always free, with no conditions and no obligation afterwards.

Design & deposit
A minimum $2,000 deposit starts the design and consulting stage, where the details get settled before anyone picks up a tool.

The build
Work runs to a schedule agreed with you. The work area is isolated, dust is kept down, and you carry on living in the house.

Final walk-through
We walk the finished work together at completion, put right anything you flag, and hand it over.

The questions we hear most
It depends on the room and the materials, so we will not pretend there is a price list. What we will do is give you one fixed, itemised figure after the visit, and stick to it.
A kitchen or bathroom typically runs 3 to 4 weeks on site. A TV wall is usually 2 to 3 days, or up to two weeks where the design involves marble or granite. Flooring and tiling is typically 3 to 4 weeks depending on the area. We give you the honest timeline at the quote stage.
Yes. We isolate the work area and keep dust to a minimum, and we ask that traffic through the work area stays low until you're asked for a walk-through or design approval.
Yes: $2,000,000 in liability coverage through Zen Insurance and licensed electricians and plumbers brought in where the work requires them. If something is not right, we come back and put it right.
Happily. We build to architectural drawings and 3D renderings all the time, and we flag anything that will not work in practice before it becomes an issue on site.
